 Yes - The application of chemicals to surfaces helps break down algae and moss, as well as assists in removing stains and dirt. Effectively using chemicals can also prevent future growth for up to 12 months.  

 At Water Wizard, we ensure the protection of grass and plants by avoiding the use of undiluted chemicals on surfaces. We employ a dilution ratio of 1 part chemical to 4 parts water. Additionally, we thoroughly rinse plants and grass before and after the service to prevent any damage, ensuring they remain unharmed. 

 No, all of our chemicals are very similar to basic cleaning products used in your household cleaning tasks. We ensure at the completion of the service, all chemicals are safely removed, eliminating the possibility of harming any pets.  

Yes, if you would prefer Water Wizard to not use any chemicals on your property we will happily agree and complete the service without chemicals being applied. 

 Yes, pressure washing can remove paint if the pressure is excessively high or the surface is unsuitable for pressure washing. Our team takes precautions by employing a combination of low-pressure washing (soft washing) and the use of scrubbing brushes to ensure that no paint is removed.
